科研领域
自噬是真核细胞中一种保守的降解途径，与癌症、免疫、代谢和神经退行性疾病等密切相关。本实验室以小鼠、细胞系和酵母为模型，利用基因敲除、免疫荧光和活细胞成像等技术，结合组学分析探索：
1）真核生物中保守的调控自噬的新基因和调控机理；
2）自噬在代谢中的功能和调控机理。
