科研领域
生物信息学和生物大数据挖掘以及微生物组学研究中的方法开发。重点研究是环境和健康领域的生物大数据处理。具体包括高通量测序数据的生物信息数据分析处理、微生物群落中的水平基因转移识别、微生物群落病毒与噬菌体的识别、蛋白质同源建模和分子对接和比较基因组学等方面。
