科研领域
胰腺癌是恶性程度高、预后差的消化系统肿瘤之一，被称为“癌症之王”。原癌基因的激活、抑癌基因失活以及各种信号通路的激活使得胰腺癌易于转移和化疗抵抗，此外胰腺癌还含有大量的细胞基质来促进肿瘤细胞的生长转移以及抵抗免疫系统的攻击。本实验室主要利用体外的细胞材料和KPPC老鼠材料，结合免疫荧光、免疫印迹、细胞增殖和基因敲除等分子生物学技术，研究胰腺癌的化疗抵抗和免疫治疗抵抗的分子机制，以及探究肿瘤细胞与微环境之间的相互交流的信号，从转化角度考虑，干扰肿瘤与微环境之间的信号传递对治疗胰腺癌的潜在可能性。
