生物技术专业 Biotechnology

1999 年开始招生，2011 年获批省级特色专业，2019 年获批国家级一流本科专业建设点。
培养目标：面向生命健康产业和社会发展需求，旨在培养德智体美劳全面发展，具有一定的数理化基础，掌握生物学、生物技术及基础医学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，受到应用基础研究和技术开发方面的科学思维和科学实验训练，具备较好的科学素养及初步的教学、研究、开发与管理的基本能力，毕业后可在生物技术行业从事生物学基础理论研究或前沿应用技术开发工作的复合型高素质专门人才。
核心课程：普通生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、微生物学、遗传学、分子生物学、生物信息学、基因工程、细胞工程、蛋白质与酶工程、发酵工程等。
Enrollment began in 1999, and in 2011, it was approved as a provincial-level characteristic major. In 2019, it was approved as a national first-class undergraduate major construction site.The program's training goals aim to meet the needs of life and health industries and societal development. The curriculum was designed to promote holistic student development. It also emphasizes solid grounding in mathematics, physics, and chemistry as well as the mastery of fundamental theories, knowledge, and expertise in biology, biotechnology, and basic medicine. In addition, students are expected to develop scientific thinking, conduct experimental research, and gain practical skills for applied research and technological advancement. They are also expected to possess strong scientific literacy and fundamental competencies in teaching, research, development, and management. Graduates are equipped with careers in basic biological theory research or innovative applied technology development as proficient professionals in the biotechnological field.
