生物信息学专业 Bioinformatics

2023 年开始招生，安徽省省属高校第一个生物信息学本科专业。
培养目标：面向国家和社会发展需求，旨在培养具有较强的生物信息学、计算机科学理论、统计基础，掌握扎实的生物学、计算机及信息科学等基本理论知识，将通过医—理交叉融合，培养专业基础扎实、面向转化医学应用与医药健康大数据领域的生物信息学复合型人才。
核心课程：生物化学、细胞生物学、遗传学、基因组学、系统生物学、生物信息学导论、生物大分子模拟、计算机辅助药物设计、数据结构、R 语言程序设计、Python 程序设计、生物数据信息挖掘、生物信息学算法、模式识别与预测等。
Enrollment began in 2023. As the first undergraduate bioinformatics major in Anhui Provincial Universities, the program's training goals aim to cultivate students with strong bioinformatics, computer science theory, and statistical foundations, as well as solid basic theoretical knowledge in biology, computers, and information science. Through the integration of medicine and science, the program will develop versatile bioinformatics professionals with a solid professional foundation, focusing on translational medicine applications and data analysis in the fields of medical and health sciences.
